Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules once or twice a day with a meal with some liquid. The contents of the capsule can be poured into food or drink. Live cultures of microorganisms in Bio-Kult capsules are resistant to stomach acid.
When taking antibiotics: 4 capsules per day distributed throughout the day. Use Bio-Kult capsules for another 2 weeks after stopping antibiotics.
When traveling: Take the usual dose seven days before the trip. During the trip, increase the dose to 4 capsules per day. Use Bio-Kult capsules for at least seven days after the end of the trip.
Children under 12 years of age: Half the adult dose.
Pregnant women: Bio-Kult can be used during pregnancy, but it is recommended to seek the advice of a doctor or pharmacist before taking any food supplement.
