Omni Biotic Flora Plus is intended for the female flora. A woman’s vaginal flora is an important protector against harmful microorganisms. Billions of different beneficial lactobacilli, also called lactic acid bacteria, ensure an acidic pH in the vagina that prevents the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria and fungi.
The delicate balance of the vaginal flora can easily be disrupted for various reasons: stress, a weakened immune system, medications such as antibiotics, excessive intimate hygiene or hormonal changes (e.g. caused by birth control pills, during pregnancy or menopause).
1-2 x daily 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus (2 g) mix in 100-200 ml of water, wait for the activation time of at least 1 minute, mix again and drink. It is recommended to drink on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus 2 x daily, it is recommended to take it before breakfast on an empty stomach and before going to bed on an empty stomach.
